Pack your equipment in a sturdy box with at least 2-3 inches of packing around the equipment, be sure to put enough packing in so the equipment will not shift around in the box.
If you wish to send your equipment in its original box please put it inside
a bigger box (The original box is generally not sturdy enough to safely ship the equipment in).

Please include a printout of our Repair Request Form with your name, address, daytime phone number,
E-mail address, & a brief description of the problem your having.

include a check or money order to cover the diagnostic fee.
We also accept MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.

Send to us using your preferred shipping provider: UPS, FedEx, USPS, Etc.

Your equipment will be sent back to you via UPS standard ground service.
Second Day Air or Next Day Air services are available.

Walk-ins are always welcome.
